Service terms.

The clinic’s signed service agreement sets its subscription, provider details and support commitments. These notes explain how the software is used.

Clinical responsibility

Chautari stores and organises records. Clinicians remain responsible for verifying patient identity, reviewing information, making clinical decisions and signing prescriptions and reports. Software output should be checked before it is used for care.

Accounts and records

Clinics assign individual staff accounts and remove access when it is no longer needed. Keep passwords, authenticator recovery codes and patient links private. Use the service only for records and activities you are authorised to manage.

Prices and payments

A written order confirms the plan, billing period, applicable taxes, migration scope, SMS credits and any custom work. Recording a payment or refund in Chautari does not transfer money through a bank or wallet.

Visit requests

An online request is not a confirmed appointment. The clinic confirms availability directly with the patient. The directory and request form are not emergency services.

Support and ending service

Support hours, renewal, cancellation, data return and retention are stated in the clinic’s agreement. Contact HimAI before ending service to arrange any required export and handover.

Agreeing the details

Request a proposal through the contact form. Review the written agreement before purchasing or uploading live patient records.
