Chautari is operated by HimAI for clinics in Nepal. Your treating clinic manages your care record and decides which staff may use it.

Clinic records

A clinic may record contact details, consultations, prescriptions, allergies, test results, appointments and payments. Staff access depends on their assigned role. Finalized notes and released results are protected from ordinary editing; corrections retain a history.

Visit requests and enquiries

If you request a visit, your name, phone number and preferred time go to that clinic. A request becomes a booking after the clinic confirms it. Contact-form details go to HimAI’s enquiry inbox. Please keep medical information out of the sales form.

Messages and shared reports

SMS reminders require patient consent and a configured messaging provider. Reminder content is limited to the visit date. A report link lets anyone holding that link read the released report until the link expires or the clinic revokes it. Share links privately.

Storage on your device

Staff sign-in uses a session cookie. In-progress consultation drafts can be stored on the device for recovery during a connection failure. Drafts are associated with the staff account, expire after 72 hours and are cleared on sign-out. Use a trusted clinic device.

Access, corrections and retention

Ask your clinic for access to your record, a correction or its retention policy. Clinic owners can export clinical records and download documents. Retention and any release of records must follow the clinic’s obligations and the agreement with HimAI.
