What comes with setup?

We configure your clinic, doctors, service prices and printer, and walk your team through a clinic day. Record import scope is agreed before you start.

How do payments work?

Record cash, card, bank and QR payments already received by the clinic. Wallet charges and settlement happen through your payment provider.

Can we take our records with us?

Owners can export a patient’s clinical record and stored documents. Daily collections export as CSV.

What about reminders?

SMS reminders need patient consent, a configured Nepal SMS account and available credits. We confirm those during setup.
